I am starting the sales discussion board to post some ideas and discuss our plan of action.  This is also a great place to send people who may be interested in joinin our salesforce.

This is a great idea. Maybe we should write up a brief description of what we are looking for in terms of the roles needing to be filled on the sales team and what experience you are looking for and we can post them on the main page of our on-line community and also on our website.  I have two people to refer to you (I will send you their info) and I know that Trisha has a couple people too.
